A D2C transformation for Antipodes
Prior to COVID-19, Antipodes was a business that predominantly existed in physical retail stores, with little to no direct-to-consumer (D2C) activity. However, with stores closing and consumer shopping moving online, they had to quickly build a digital presence and a CRM strategy to meet their customer needs.
I joined Antipodes to help them with building the digital side of their business. This included designing and maintaining a new D2C e-commerce website, building a CRM and social media strategy, and evolving the brand visual identity to suit this much more fast-paced, reactive medium.
