A new dawn for Sky TV’s website
Challenge
Sky's website was outdated, static, and confusing, leading to increased calls to their customer service center. We needed to create an intuitive, seamless, and entertaining experience that let Sky’s content shine and empowered customers to self-serve.
Approach
After conducting user research, we defined the website strategy and used an iterative design approach. We validated our designs through customer testing and collaborated with integration and development teams to guide the UX design.
Outcome
Over 10 design sprints, 40 customer interviews, and 10 internal interviews, we transformed Sky's static 500-page website into an exciting, content-rich, and frictionless 120-page experience — all during a global pandemic.
