Hi there, I’m Mel… A qualified Graphic Designer with over 20 years of industry experience in both the UK and New Zealand. I have worked with a wide range of clients from large multinationals to small start-up companies. I have a great passion for print design including brand identity, album artwork, editorial design, merchandise, packaging, annual reports and corporate brochures.

After completing my degree I started my career at CDC where I discovered a long-lasting passion for publication design. The big OE took me to London where I freelanced for a year before landing my dream job at Peacock - a company specialising in graphic design for the music industry. At Peacock, I had the privilege of working on the album artwork for artists such as The Beatles, Elton John, James Blunt, Enya and Iron Maiden.

Since leaving Peacock in 2014 I have worked as a freelancer and enjoyed expanding my skill base to include branding and advertising work for companies such as Cellar Maison and CTV Outside Broadcast as well as continuing my work with high-profile music industry clients. I have recently returned to New Zealand and am now based in Christchurch and looking for new opportunities to work with fellow New Zealanders.
