Digital Boost – New Zealand Tourism Research

This was a joint project with MindLab (now academyEX), The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, and Tourism New Zealand. My role was to work alongside MBIE to find 40 relevant topics, where digital tools could be used to up-skill New Zealand Tourism Operators. These 40 topics would become research briefs, then short how-to clips. These clips are available to the general public on the Digital Boost platform.
