From Kiwis to Kangaroos: Taking Garage Project to Australia

So, during my time at Garage Project, I took on this cool project to get our beers into Aussie hands through a new online store. We were already killing it in NZ, and it was time to hop across the ditch.

Here's what I got up to:

• Built the Shopify store from scratch, making sure it looked sweet and worked like a charm for our Aussie mates.
• Sorted out all the behind-the-scenes stuff - you know, keeping track of stock, figuring out shipping, and making sure everything ran smoothly.
• Teamed up with the legends at AKQA to make the site look extra slick and work even better.
• Had to put on my thinking cap to make sure everything was kosher with Australian rules and what Aussie beer lovers are into.
• Set up some fancy tools to keep an eye on how the site was doing - gotta know what's working, right?

It was a bit of a juggling act, but we pulled it off. Got to flex my tech muscles and business brain at the same time. In the end, we had a cracking new website that's helped Garage Project make some serious waves in Australia.
