Project Overview
Les Mills combine science, music, and movement to create life-changing workouts and help millions of people find fitness joy in gyms and homes worldwide. With programmes being offered in over 22,000 clubs worldwide and with 12 dedicated Les Mills gyms across New Zealand, they are a powerhouse in the fitness industry.
The challenges
A core pillar of the Les Mills business is its relationship with clubs, ensuring that there is continued growth with existing clients and new ones. Part of this challenge is communicating the Les Mills offering, industry insights, and how clubs can benefit from Les Mills workouts being established in their space. Presentation decks are routinely created to either be presented to club managers or sent out to them with this information. I have worked with multiple teams at Les Mills to achieve a well-structured and well-designed presentation.
The process
I have worked on multiple presentation decks with some teams stretching as far as the US and UK. All of the work is done online, with regular team meetings for progress updates and other key information. Due to multiple stakeholder involvement, the projects tend to stretch between 2-4 weeks with copy/image updates. Copy is typically provided to me, with my job to bring the deck in line with the company branding. Sometimes, the deck had been created in years past and needs a facelift to bring it up-to-date.
Results
I am a firm believer that a clean, clear presentation deck can be the difference between success and failure. The presentation decks you see in the images are the result of years of experience working on these types of documents, and the hard work involved from the whole team.
